The successful candidate will advise clients including public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors, and will manage diligence, negotiate documents, and leverage legal technologies to drive efficiency. JD required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience.
• Experience with public and private company M&A.
• Familiarity with federal securities laws and Delaware corporate law is a plus.
• Experience with technology and life sciences companies is advantageous.
• Outstanding academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
