Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-senior M&A Associate in Boston with 3+ years of experience to join a national M&A practice. You will work with public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities include advising on mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating documents, managing diligence, and leveraging technologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience.
• Experience with public and private company M&A preferred.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and Delaware corporate law is a plus.
• Experience with technology and life sciences companies is advantageous.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage diligence processes.
