Qualifications

• Graduation from LVN program and Texas licensure required.
• 6 months+ LVN experience preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and nights; flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and ability to train/guide others.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor health status, vital signs, and response to interventions.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures per policy and state regulations.
• Train and supervise direct care staff and LVNs on unit protocols.
• Document care in electronic health records and coordinate with RN.
