Qualifications

• Graduation from an LVN program.
• Licensed to practice as an LVN in Texas or via Nurse Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Trains and supervises LVN staff and direct care staff.
• Monitors health status, vital signs, and treatments; reports findings to RN.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains patient safety.
