Job summary

ASEC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for designing, integrating, testing, and sustaining advanced Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems supporting Navy and coalition readiness. You will lead engineering across a complex environment with simulators, secure networks, and mission systems to deliver realistic, high‑fidelity training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related STEM is required.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience on DoD programs.
• Experience designing, integrating, and sustaining Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions including ICDs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced LVC training systems.
• Lead systems engineering efforts across complex environments integrating operational platforms, simulation technologies, secure networks, and mission systems.
• Develop system architectures, interface requirements, and technical roadmaps for evolving training capabilities.
