Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Foley, AL to help ensure store success through warm, efficient customer service and accurate handling of transactions. You will maintain a polished sales floor, assist with product flow from receipt to sale, and support stockroom organization.

The role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, and solid computer/POS skills. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced luxury setting and delivering excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with cash handling, POS and basic computer use

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
