Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Sales Support Associate in a luxury retail setting. You will warmly welcome clients, provide personalised assistance, and process transactions at the POS with accuracy.

You will help maintain stock and the sales floor, assist with shipments, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. You should have 1+ year in retail (preferably luxury), solid English, and familiarity with cash handling, iPad/laptop use, and basic merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop use, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador locally; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and assist customers and team as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.
