Job summary

Paséa Hotel & Spa seeks a Senior Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and outlets, delivering exceptional dining with luxury service standards.

You will coach managers and hourly teammates, maintain financial performance, and collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Hotel Operations to create memorable guest experiences while upholding brand hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
• Experience leading multiple restaurant and bar operations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification; must be at least 21.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and assigned outlets.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Coach managers, supervisors and hourly staff through real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Events and Hotel Ops to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback, service metrics and labor productivity to optimize performance.
