Job summary

Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Senior Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and related outlets, delivering exceptional dining experiences with a culture of hospitality and accountability.

The role reports to the Director of Outlets and requires a minimum of five years in luxury hotel F&B leadership, with proven coaching ability and strong service standards. Certification in food safety and alcohol service is required.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership in luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
Experience leading multiple restaurant and bar operations.
Proven ability to coach leaders and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement.
Food Handler Card, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and must be at least 21.

Responsibilities

Serve as daily operational leader for Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and other outlets, ensuring luxury service standards.
Monitor and adjust staffing, service flow, and guest experience during service periods.
Collaborate with Culinary to ensure food quality, timing, and presentation.
Coach managers and hourly team members with real-time feedback and development planning.
Monitor guest feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
