Job summary

Parker Palm Springs, LLC is seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead all hotel operations and align day-to-day activities with the executive team’s objectives. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance, while upholding the brand ethos of Parker Palm Springs.

The successful candidate will have at least four years in a luxury hotel setting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams with energy and eloquence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Expert in hotel operations, leadership, guest and employee engagement and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct Operations Management with the Managing Director to meet daily hotel needs, including staffing, forecasting, controlling and supervising.
• Provide inspirational leadership to the Parker Palm Springs Vision, Mission and Ethos.
• Lead and foster a service of excellence culture across all departments.
• Communicate and coordinate with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize profit and productivity.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance data to optimize engagement and outcomes.
• Identify developmental needs and provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Ensure regular communication through daily standups and departmental meetings.
• Attract and recruit exceptional leaders to align staffing with business needs.
• Coach, counsel, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for staff.
• Demonstrate integrity and lead by example to drive informed decisions.
