Job summary

Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach seeks a General Manager to lead our luxury property, ensuring exceptional guest service, strong financial performance, and adherence to our guiding principles. You will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation, and other departments, driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years in a General Manager or similar leadership position in a hotel, with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel setting.
• Solid knowledge of hotel management, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to lead and train teams in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain operating and control processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership to drive operating and financial performance across departments.
• Prepares and manages annual budgets; achieves revenue targets and controls costs.
• Drives sales and marketing alignment to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Directs staffing, training, discipline and performance evaluations for management staff.
