Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects (4+ simultaneously).
• Ability to liaise with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Tenants.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager and Site Supervisors to produce and hand over work to clients.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent on site logistics and plans.
• Oversee pay applications and cost reporting.
• Review and manage contract documents and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, forecast spends, and ensure timely close-out.
• Support training and safety programs; lead quality processes and project close-out.
