Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in California to oversee luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years in residential construction and mastery of project software such as ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards. Local projects, no travel, with strong salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential construction
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams
• Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Provide leadership to field and office staff to drive project success
