Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Tenants across multiple residential and commercial projects, ensuring feasibility, cost control, scheduling, and timely close-out. You will be the hub of project communications, supporting design development, coordination drawings, pre-construction, construction, and tenant coordination,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience coordinating complex projects from feasibility to close-out.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (4+).
• Familiarity with AIA owner contracts and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Site Supervisors to deliver work to clients.
• Develop site logistics plans in coordination with the superintendent.
• Oversee pay applications and project costs.
• Work with AIA owner contracts and ensure compliant documentation.
• Monitor job costs and produce Cost Projection reports.
• Forecast quarterly projections and budgets.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce quality processes.
• Coordinate design development, pre-construction, and tenant coordination.
• Manage project close-out processes and handoffs.
