Job summary

The Complex Residence & Owner Relations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between property ownership and management for The Elser Hotel & Residences and E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences. This role drives owner satisfaction and seamless service delivery across both properties.

Reporting to the Complex Director of Owner Relations, you will supervise the Owner Relations Coordinator, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with departments to ensure data integrity and proactive

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive experience in owner relations, residential services, property management, or luxury hospitality.
condo-hotel or mixed-use property experience strongly preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for unit owners and residents across The Elser Hotel & Residences and E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences.
Manage owner communications including welcome letters, newsletters, updates, and notices.
Coordinate and oversee the owner onboarding process and introductions to amenities and services.
Handle owner requests and escalations with timely resolution and follow-up.
Administer the rental program for participating owner units and report on performance.
