Job summary

The Stelle is a luxury resort and residence community opening in 2027, seeking an experienced Owner Relations Manager to act as the trusted liaison between residence owners and the resort. You will protect owner interests while coordinating across departments to ensure discreet, precise service and strong program governance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive luxury hospitality or owner-relations experience.
• Proven success managing relationships with affluent clients with discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
• Strong written, verbal, financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to explain complex matters clearly.
• Ability to interpret and administer agreements, policies, and procedures; know when to seek executive guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with or the ability to learn Infor HMS, Revinate CRM, OwnerRelations.com and ALICE.
• Luxury condo-hotel or pre-opening residence-handling experience and Deer Valley/ Park City market exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal day-to-day contact for residence owners and authorized representatives.
• Develop owner profiles, preferences, and service histories.
• Anticipate owner needs and coordinate arrivals, departures, and resort experiences.
• Explain rental-program processes and charges clearly to owners.
• Coordinate owner stays and program requirements per the Rental Management Agreement.
• Research owner questions with Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Reservations.
