Job summary

The Stelle, a CoralTree Hospitality-managed luxury boutique hotel opening in 2027 near Deer Valley, seeks an Owner Relations Manager to serve as the trusted liaison between residence owners and the resort.

This senior individual contributor coordinates across hotel departments to protect owners' rental-program interests, manage profiles, anticipate needs, and deliver highly personalized service with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Five years in luxury hospitality, branded residences, condo hotels, private residences, or similar high-touch settings.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with affluent clients with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong written, verbal, financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret agreements, policies, and procedures and escalate when needed.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and luxury tech/tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal day-to-day contact for residence owners and authorized representatives.
• Coordinate owner stays, profile management, and tailored resort experiences with operating teams.
• Explain rental-program processes and charges clearly while ensuring privacy and discretion.
• Maintain owner records, prepare open-matter reports, and monitor trends and risks.
• Lead on-duty coverage, audits, and communication with resort leadership as required.
• Support pre-opening priorities and cross-department workflows for smooth operations.
