This role requires seasoned expertise, the ability to lead client relationships, and to oversee design development across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Senior interior designer with luxury residential experience.
• Ability to lead clients, architects, and builders.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential design projects from concept to installation.
• Develop design concepts reflecting client vision and lifestyle.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design presentations (space planning, finishes, millwork, lighting, furnishings, artwork, accessories).
• Develop project proposals, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage FF&E selections, custom furniture, and procurement coordination.
