Job summary

BEA INTERIORS DESIGN seeks a Senior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept through completion in Miami. You will create mood boards, present design solutions and select finishes, furniture and materials, with detailed drawings and specifications.

Collaborating with clients, contractors and vendors, you will manage timelines, ensure design quality, mentor junior designers, and uphold the studio’s high-end aesthetic across all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or similar, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
• Strong project management, coordination with contractors and vendors, and budget tracking.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to incorporate feedback.
