You will mentor junior designers, manage multiple large-scale homes, and present integrated design concepts, finishes, millwork, lighting, furnishings, and artwork to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential interior design projects from concept through final installation.

• Prepare and present comprehensive design presentations, including space planning, finish selections, custom millwork, lighting, furnishings, artwork, and accessories.
• Develop project proposals, specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Brown Design Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Boca Raton. This is a leadership position designed for an experienced luxury residential designer who thrives managing sophisticated projects from concept through installation.

We are looking for a designer who is confident leading clients, collaborating with architects and builders, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

This isnot an entry-level or mid-level design position.We are seeking a seasoned professional who can immediately step into complex, high-end residential projects and make an impact.
