Job summary

Brown Design Group in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Interior Designer to join our growing Commercial Design team in our Boca Raton office. You will lead projects through concept, development, and installation, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver luxury spaces.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in commercial interior design, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, and a proactive, client-service oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program is required.
NCIDQ certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through completion and installation.
Develop and execute creative, functional design concepts that meet client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure all design deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare and present professional design concepts and presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
Develop project proposals, budgets, design specifications, and finish schedules.
Lead furniture, fixture, and equipment selections (FF&E).
Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
Mentor and support Design Assistants and junior designers.
