Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Miami is seeking a Director, Office of the CEO who will translate the CEO’s priorities into coordinated execution across the global portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Office of the CEO, you will lead strategic plan PMO activities, prepare board materials, and align stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, corporate development, or a related field.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or premium/luxury consumer brands is an asset; large transformation programs experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in analytics, project management, and executive communications.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and investment cases.
• Working fluency in digital, data, and AI; able to translate between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Plan PMO activities including KPI tracking, milestone mapping, and cross-functional coordination.
• Structure and solve complex problems with cross-functional teams; prepare executive and Board updates.
• Support priority enterprise initiatives spanning growth, investment planning, and operations.
• Enhance owner relationships and facilitate executive engagement with key external partners.
• Support the ELT operating cadence and develop board-ready materials; contribute to high-priority CEO Office initiatives.
