Job summary

Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Event Service Manager to orchestrate high-profile events by coordinating group bookings with hotel operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will review and issue BEOs, coordinate deposits and signatures, and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure flawless service from welcome to departure, while maintaining Delphi/Opera systems and delivering a memorable luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of Event Sales or Event Services experience.
• Experience with group, social events and luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between clients and hotel operations to deliver a luxury guest experience.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and resumes for all groups and events.
• Coordinate payments, deposits, and billing in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead pre- and post-convention meetings to ensure guest satisfaction and capture feedback.
