Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
• Proven leadership, management and administrative skills.
• Experience managing talent and culture processes including recruiting and performance management.
• Extensive knowledge of building trades and building operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for the property.
• Ensure appearance, functionality and integrity of the property while optimizing efficiency and sustainability.
• Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering accountability and proactive maintenance.
