• Must have or obtain state and local alcohol service certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and preferences; ask questions to understand them.
• Thank guests sincerely and provide a fond farewell.
• Listen and respond to guest questions and requests using brand processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with safety standards.
• Present checks accurately and process payments, including gratuities.
• Answer questions on menu items and coordinate with kitchen staff when needed.
• Set tables per event type and service standards, including linens and dishware.
• Follow procedures for serving alcohol and ensure responsible service.
• Record transactions in the system at the time of order.
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and security practices.
• Complete closing duties and restock items.
