Maiden Home seeks a Senior Design Advisor for its NYC Flagship in the Meatpacking District. You will cultivate relationships within residential and trade communities and deliver an exceptional in-store experience as a trusted guide for clients through consultations to post-sale follow-up.

The ideal candidate brings a proven book of business and a luxury sales mindset, delivering elevated, tailored experiences and marketplace events to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury furnishings, interior design, or a similar A&D client-facing role.
• Strong existing network of trade and interior designers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build a book of business.
• Hospitable, hospitality-driven approach to service.
• Confident communicator with strong organization and follow-up habits.
• Passion for design and luxury home space.
• Self-motivated and excited by a growing, fast-paced brand.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing detailed order workflows.
• Able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
• Physically able to be on the floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed significant individual sales targets while contributing to showroom goals.
• Identify, plan, and execute activations and events that drive incremental revenue and brand awareness.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, from first touch through purchase and post-sale follow-up.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with residential and trade clients.
• Deliver elevated, tailored experiences to walk-in and appointment-based clients.
• Serve as product and brand expert, guiding clients towards solutions that fit aesthetic, timeline, and budget.
• Stay fluent in product knowledge, customization options, and care recommendations.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Operations to ensure smooth order processing and a seamless client experience.
• Maintain showroom standards and contribute to a clean, inspiring environment.
• Adapt in real time to a fast-paced retail environment.
