Job summary

CinemaTech is seeking a seasoned Design Consultant to own the Florida showroom and contribute to the East Coast market. You will engage high-end clients, dealers, architects, and interior designers, guiding projects from first conversation through final design and sale.

You will be the senior on-site presence, responsible for showroom leadership, client experience, and driving the business forward with a polished, confident approach. CAD proficiency and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in a high-end design environment is required.
• Live CAD sketching during client meetings is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a polished presence is essential.
• Experience coordinating projects from concept to sale is valued.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to drive showroom initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and dealers visiting the showroom and guide them through the design process.
• Own showroom ownership in Florida, ensure a consistent client experience and market presence.
• Design rooms from concept to final design: layouts, finishes, and product specs.
• Operate CAD live during client meetings to explore design directions with clients present.
• Handoff completed designs to the project team for execution.
• Translate client conversations into buildable design solutions and maintain momentum.
