Job summary

CinemaTech, Inc. seeks a Design Consultant to own the Florida showroom experience, meeting with clients, dealers, architects, and designers to guide projects from first conversation through final design and sale.

You will be the senior on-site presence, collaborating with executives and leading design discussions, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and revenue-driven design decisions.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in a client-facing, high-end design environment.
• Working CAD proficiency during live client meetings.
• Backgrounds may be interior design, architecture, lighting, or luxury showroom sales.
• Strong presence and communication with high-end clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and dealers who visit the showroom to understand needs and guide the design process.
• Evaluate best course for each client (full design engagement, simple layouts, or product-led solutions) and ensure professional follow-up.
• Be the senior day-to-day presence in the Florida office, owning the showroom and client experience.
• Represent CinemaTech with a polished, credible presence to high-end clients and trade partners.
• Take rooms from concept through final design: layouts, seating, finishes, materials, and product specs.
• Operate CAD live during client meetings and sketch live design direction with the client present.
• Develop rough design direction in CAD and hand off to the design team for development.
• Understand the design and simplify complex information to move clients toward a commitment.
• After design is complete and sold, hand over to Project Manager for execution.
• Translate client conversations into accurate, buildable design solutions.
