• Experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail preferred.
• Proficiency with Floor Planner, AutoCAD or AI-assisted design tools.
• Team player who communicates clearly with warehouse and office teams.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays to maximize client engagement.

• Consult with clients in-store and in-home to identify lifestyle needs and budget.
• Develop floor plans and layouts to showcase Scan Design pieces.
• Curate styling with accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs.
• Oversee client journey from introduction to installation.
• Collaborate with showroom staff and delivery teams for seamless experiences.
• Assist in visual merchandising to keep showroom as a premier destination.
