Job summary

CLT Recruiters is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a boutique construction management and general contracting firm serving New York's luxury residential market. You will own complex assignments from pre-construction through close-out, lead project teams, manage architect and ownership relationships, and drive budget, schedule, and quality with decisive leadership.

This senior role requires 10+ years in NYC high-end residential construction, full lifecycle ownership, and mastery of NYC DOB

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of project management on high-end residential construction in New York City.
• Full lifecycle ownership of complex, high-value assignments.
• Strong command of NYC DOB regulations, permitting and inspections.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery from pre-construction through close-out.
• Lead project team including site superintendents and APMs.
• Manage client, architect, designer and consultant relationships for the life of the project.
• Own the budget, change orders and cost-related conversations.
• Develop detailed critical-path scheduling in MS Project; reputation for fast-tracked delivery.
• Oversee close-out and mentoring of PMs and APMs.
