Central Transport LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a designated terminal dock section and lead a team of drivers and dock staff. You will ensure efficient loading, oversee dispatch and productivity, and uphold safety standards across all operations.

• Experience managing a team in transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of LTL trucking industry and dock operations.
• Ability to hire, coach, and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for terminal dock section.
• Manage up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel.
• Ensure loads are built efficiently based on labor and freight.
• Monitor cube and weight to ensure proper trailer loading.
• Maintain safety in compliance with DOT/OSHA standards.
