Responsibilities

• Oversee terminal operations within a 20-door cross dock facility for designated areas.
• Manage loading, forklift traffic, and palletized freight to ensure efficient flow.
• Direct up to 20 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to meet production schedules.
• Use independent judgment to build loads based on labor and freight levels.
• Monitor trailer cube and weight to ensure proper loading.
• Provide leadership to drivers, dock workers, and dock hands.
• Track dock production and KPI attainment; monitor hours and overtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with DOT/OSHA standards.
