Job summary

Raytheon’s ERBS unit in Tewksbury, MA seeks an LTAMDS Principal Program Execution Lead to oversee rapid hardware build activities and integration across engineering, manufacturing and supply chains. The role demands strong EVMS integration, schedule discipline and program health tracking, with active liaison to IPT leads and PMO.

Qualifications

Experience presenting program EACs to leadership.
Strong procurement process understanding and requirements.
Experience managing personnel, schedule and budget in engineering/manufacturing.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics and parts lists.

Responsibilities

Lead EAC reviews with department manager and capture LTAMDS work within ERBS.
Set priorities among aggressive schedules and track progress.
Autonomously manage cost and schedule for programs and provide status reports.
Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
