RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an LTAMDS Program Execution Lead to drive agile, high-stakes hardware programs. You will lead EAC reviews, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and supplier activities, and manage cost, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong EVMS and procurement experience are essential; DoD secret clearance is required. The role is on-site in Tewksbury, MA, within the ERBS department, with heavy interaction across IPTs and PMO to support program health and

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Strong experience presenting Program EACs to leadership.
• Significant understanding of procurement process and requirements.
• Experience managing personnel, schedule, and budget within engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience interpreting engineering documents including drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
• EVMS certification (preferred).
• Experience with SAP products (PRISM, PDM) (preferred).
• Master's in Engineering Management (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead EAC reviews with department manager capturing LTAMDS work within ERBS.
• Drive and set priorities among aggressive schedules.
• Autonomously manage cost and schedule for assigned programs and provide status reporting.
• Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations as appropriate.
• Track and board identified risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate interaction between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Plan, schedule and manage material procurement progress for assigned program.
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of material.
• Coordinate hand-offs of completed equipment to internal customers.
