Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Engineer/Scientist to act as the Licensed Site Professional for Massachusetts projects, based in Wakefield, MA. Lead site investigations and remedial actions for MA waste sites and coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, develop and review work plans and budgets, and mentor junior engineers and scientists while contributing to business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification is a must.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting in MA.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LSP-of-record for MA Waste Sites for Arcadis clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare investigation work plans, remedial designs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists; provide senior technical review.
