Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Principal Engineer / Scientist to act as the Licensed Site Professional for Massachusetts projects, guiding investigation and remedial actions. The role requires leadership of Arcadis teams and clear communication with clients.

Successful candidates will be Massachusetts LSPs with an active license, with additional certifications preferred; the position may be based from any New England office, with focus on regulatory interpretation and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or related field.
• Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LSP-of-record for ongoing Massachusetts Waste Sites for Arcadis clients.
• Lead investigation work plans, remedial designs, cost estimates, and deliverables.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and scientists.
• Support business development with client meetings and proposals.
• Provide SME for regulatory interpretation, assessment, and remediation.

Education
