Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Engineer / Scientist to act as the Licensed Site Professional for ongoing and upcoming Massachusetts projects, and to assist with site investigation and remediation. The role can be based out of any New England office, with MA LSP certification required.

The successful candidate will lead Arcadis teams, communicate with clients, and provide senior-level review for technical content while managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification.
• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience, with MA market exposure.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LSP-of-record for MA Waste Sites for Arcadis clients.
• Lead investigations, remedial designs, cost estimates, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists; review technical content.
