Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 2-3 years business analysis or project management experience
• 1+ years Agile Scrum or Kanban experience
• Proven ability to work with Agile methodologies and SDLC concepts
• Experience with Agile project management software (Azure DevOps, TargetProcess) a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist and support product transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Champion product transformation mindset and agile practices.
• Support governance: financials, benefit realization, reporting.
• Develop objectives, key results, roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Co-facilitate workshops to advance product maturity.
• Support monthly portfolio governance reviews and remove blockers.
• Contribute to adoption of agile tools (Azure DevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint).
• Possibly serve as Scrum Master or Product Owner on teams.
• Drive special projects (e.g. customer journey mapping).
