Responsibilities

• Accountabilities for an assigned portfolio.
• Champions product and agile principles, practices, and competencies.
• Supports governance including financial, benefit realization, and reporting.
• Supports creation of objectives, key results, roadmaps and solutions.
• Co-facilitates workshops to advance product maturity.
• Supports monthly portfolio governance reviews and removes blockers.
• Contributes to transforming financial reporting to product funding concepts.
• Adopts agile work management tools (AzureDevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint, templates, Excel).
• May drive scrum master or product owner roles on agile teams.
• Independently own/drive special projects (e.g., customer journey mapping).
