Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience designing, coding, testing, installing, and maintaining complex software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and solution design for Loyalty Technology.
• Design, build, and maintain loyalty services and APIs.
• Improve reliability, performance, and security across environments.
• Mentor engineers and participate in incident resolution.
• Lead design reviews and enforce standards.
