Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG in production.
• Experience designing and operating AI agents with tool-use and orchestration.
• Ability to balance token usage, latency, and cost for agentic workloads.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for LLMs.
• Familiarity with memory patterns and vector stores for agents.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud development on AWS/GCP, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and agile development experience; BS/MS in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver agentic solutions with clear success criteria and outcomes.
• Design and build core agentic solutions across orchestration and tool-use pipelines.
• Own end-to-end solution design with cross-team integration considerations.
• Apply context engineering to optimize agent observations and decisions.
• Develop safety guardrails, offline benchmarks, and telemetry for production.
• Architect memory and state management for multi-session agent reasoning.
• Lead code reviews and set high standards for quality and extensibility.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in hiring interviews.
• Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability.
