Job summary

National Technology Integrators (NTI) is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead comprehensive cost estimates for complex low voltage projects, including structured cabling, fiber optics, security, and AV systems. You will analyze drawings and vendor pricing while mentoring junior estimators to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Responsibilities include takeoffs, cost planning, and coordinating with electrical trades to identify scope gaps and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in construction estimating for low voltage systems.
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and related components.
• Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings/specifications to determine costs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop unit costs.
• Develop full-scope estimates for Bid-Build, Design-Build, or CM/GC.
• Mentor junior estimators and ensure accuracy.
