Instrata Technologies, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Low Voltage Estimator to interpret complex plans, perform precise take-offs, and build winning bids across AV, security, and structured cabling.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape successful project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit), and experience with Accubid, Esticom, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of low voltage estimating or related experience.
• Experience interpreting construction plans, bid sets, and subcontractor requirements.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, bid manuals, and specs to capture project requirements.
• Perform take-offs and generate material and labor estimates.
• Build competitive estimates with labor models and BOMs.
• Coordinate with teams, subs, and vendors for scope clarity.
• Prepare complete bid packages with assumptions and exclusions.
• Respond to RFIs and align estimatings with PM/engineering.
• Support client engagement and follow up on proposals.
• Assist in pre-construction meetings and project handoff.
• Track pricing trends and vendor relationships for insights.
• Use Accubid, Esticom, NetSuite, Excel and CAD tools for takeoffs.
