Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Designer to design and coordinate low voltage systems across technology spaces, ensuring scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards. The role supports infrastructure in wireless, audiovisual, security, voice, and building management technologies for major office renovations and campus builds.

Onsite work model is expected, with travel within the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications

• RCDD certification or equivalent required.
• 10+ years designing and coordinating low voltage systems for large-scale office renovations.
• Experience shaping design strategy and detailed implementation plans across a portfolio.
• Ability to develop and review construction documentation, including diagrams, plans, schedules, and equipment layouts.
• Strong discipline in maintaining as-built documentation and tracking design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience evolving company standards, specifications, and materials lists to reflect current practices and future needs.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, project teams, and vendors to deliver coordinated, adaptable solutions.
• Experience evaluating technologies and design approaches for long-term flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and documentation.
• Experience with financial services companies and global site builds a plus.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed.
