Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Designer to design and coordinate low voltage systems across network infrastructure, including wireless, audiovisual, security, voice, and building management technologies. The role emphasizes scalable, standards-aligned solutions, state-of-the-art design practices, and ongoing collaboration with architects, engineers, and vendors.

Travel within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• RCDD certification or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years designing and coordinating low voltage systems for large office projects.
• Experience shaping design strategy and detailed implementation plans.
• Ability to develop and review construction documentation, diagrams, plans, schedules, and layouts.
• Experience maintaining as-built documentation and tracking design changes.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate low voltage design supporting network infrastructure in technology spaces, wireless, audiovisual, security, voice, and building management technologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to build internal capability and ensure scalable, standards-compliant designs.
• Develop and review construction documentation and equipment layouts; ensure traceability and documentation quality.
• Identify risks, manage scope, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver adaptable, future-ready solutions.
