Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a Manager of Loss Prevention in Pittsburgh, PA to lead the program protecting people, merchandise, assets, and brand across stores, donation centers, and warehouses. The role directs investigations, audits, and training, partners with Retail Operations, Safety, and Finance, and oversees CCTV, access control, and LP technology.

Travel within Allegheny County is required; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed; strong leadership and compliance mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with relevant experience.
• Associate or higher degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field.
• Minimum years of experience in retail loss prevention or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal investigations and present evidence-based conclusions.
• Monitor risk indicators, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, access control, and LP technology improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to teams, including during store openings and remodels.
