Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia seeks a Manager of Loss Prevention to lead the LP program across stores, donation centers, and facilities. You will supervise the LP Specialist, coordinate with Retail Operations, Safety, and Finance, and oversee CCTV, alarms, and LP systems.

Travel within the territory is required, with access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in retail loss prevention or related field.
• Three+ years of supervisory or program-leadership experience.
• Experience using CCTV, alarm, access-control, or related LP tech.
• Experience conducting internal theft, fraud, investigations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loss Prevention program and supervise the LP Specialist.
• Oversee investigations, audits, and training initiatives.
• Escort and coordinate with Retail Operations, Distribution, Safety, and Finance.
• Monitor risk indicators, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee LP technology including CCTV and alarms and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular operational audits and report performance to leadership.
