Qualifications

• Significant experience with defined benefit pension plans and/or Pension Risk Transfer.
• Ability to interpret complex pension and product issues and translate them into practical decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, law, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep defined benefit pension expertise to PRT and Longevity opportunities, including evaluating plan provisions and product fit.
• Translate technical pension considerations into business and product decisions in partnership with actuarial, operations, and law.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and business-case development for new Longevity opportunities and product requirements.
