Securian Financial Group in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Pension Risk Transfer & Longevity Solutions Consultant to shape its Longevity portfolio, including PRT and defined contribution guaranteed income. You’ll translate complex pension concepts into practical product and implementation plans, collaborating with Actuarial, Law, Operations and Distribution.

The role requires DB/PRT expertise, strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to drive market-ready

Qualifications

• Significant experience with defined benefit pension plans and/or Pension Risk Transfer (PRT).
• Experience in pension consulting, retirement product development, or institutional retirement.
• Ability to translate complex pension issues into practical product and implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Longevity Product & Domain Development for PRT and defined benefit opportunities.
• Define product requirements and pricing considerations with Actuarial and Law teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution from design to implementation and readiness.
