Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the business office of a Long Term Care facility.
• College degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate with executives, families, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce business office policies and procedures.
• Oversee admissions billing and collections and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with Admissions, UR/PPS, and facility staff to ensure accurate census and billing.
• Provide leadership and training to business office staff.
